Thought I’d give the mentally ill, and faintly sad acts a rest this week, and feature a genuine Sicilian hard man: Johnny Rocco.

Now was that a real death threat, or was he just repeating something he heard in an Italian restaurant? Or indeed, a pub in Spain. The levels of self-delusion in this program take my breath away on a weekly basis, not least all of the people who burst into tears proclaiming it’s their only dream in life - a sad admission in many ways, especially when made on national TV!
