Would You Like To Carry The Flame?
This is quite a cool opportunity being provided by Samsung, a sponsor of the 2008 Olympic Games: Nominate torchbearers for the historic Torch Relay to theBeijing 2008 Olympic Games. If you know someone who would be worthy of this opportunity, all you have to do is follow the link and nominate them.
Samsung are looking for ‘local heroes’, so perhaps someone who has overcome adversity, or who has contributed a lot to their community - in short someone who deserves it. There several opportunities available, two to carry the flame on the London leg of the Olympic Torch Relay, one to carry the torch on the Gulin, China leg and finally one to take part in the Xi’an, China section. All winners will get to take one guest, have expenses paid and get your story published in a newspaper!
