Apparently it’s simply a CSS experiment, but at least I can say I’ve been there-they wouldn’t let me plant my flag at the top though

Cute, although I scrolled down a bit and the bar didn’t move so I just hit the END key out of laziness (I counldn’t be bothered going back to the top to get the elevator).
