It is The Eden Project in Cornwall, UK. A set of linked biomes (enormous greenhouses) with a tropical, desert and temperate climate across the 3.
It’s quite a sight ‘in the flesh’.

thats pretty cool. I figured it was either a convention center or some sort of botanical gardens type thing. Looks like my second guess was pretty close.
