Scan along the toolbar until you see the little drop down button probably marked 'All', Click it & at the bottom of the menu you'll see 'Update Topics'. Simply put a check in the boxes that interest you. Save and then click 'Stumble'. If you like the website you're taken to automatically, click thumbs up - if you don't click down. After a while it will learn your preferences and you should visit sites that match your interests.
