Those Were The Days
What an excellent website: Jedis Paradise.
No, it’s not Star Wars related, but is packed full of hundreds of childrens programs from the past. There’s programmes in there, that were only distant memories for me, now I can read plots (!) and even find out where to buy them. Where did I leave that Paypal account….
It’s not purely UK-centric, but I think that’s where most are from, it’s got write-ups on Alf, Willy Fogg, BatFink, Aubrey, Dangermouse, Dogtanian, Moomins, Space Sentinels, The Tomorrow People….OK, the site looks like it dates from 1998, but content is what it’s all about.
I’m off to look for those TerraHawks DVDs…..

Terrahawks…have you still got your toys? There’s a few sites like this, I found one with clips of the Flumps and the title track of Fraggle Rock!

Oddly enough, Fraggles was one of the first things I looked up over there, too. No Yogi Bear DVD’s?
But there were a lot of unfamiliar names — and no Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (those were big when the kids were little). Nor did I see Ghostbuster cartoons either (those were huge favs too).
Never — ever — heard of Terrahawks.

Terrahawks was a bit like Thunderbirds. I loved the Ghostbuster cartoons too - ‘The seal impression, the seal impression!’

I haven’t Pinksy, I shall have a look.
Hi Curmudgeon, both of those were pretty popular her too, I guess he hasn’t got round to them yet. Wasn’t a fan of the Turtles myself, but did like the Ghostbusters cartoon
Can’t find the toys anywhere Alison, I should still have them….
