		<description>If you googled this, I'm surprised that you didn't find a classic Monty Python skit by the same name.  The skit involved a WWII-era comic writer who develops the funniest joke and dies reading it.  It's eventually found by his widon, translated word for word by the Government and read to the German armies to kill them in battle.  It's classic Python.</description>
