I don’t know if you know how to spell schadenfreude but I think that sums up the above video perfectly She broke the law, and now she does the time which is of course how it should be for all of us.
Where did I get the video from? It’s from The News Room which is an excellent, completely free, service which allows you to publish or ‘mash’ hundreds of thousands of fully licensed news stories from major providers such as the Associated Press (AP) or Reuters. This is of course excellent, if you want to add timely, relevant news onto your site, especially as you get to use the high quality news photos and videos available.However, there is another big reason for using The News Room, and that is the ability to ‘Mash For Cash’. As soon as you embed a video into your site, you start earning cash on a CPM basis. This means that you get paid for every thousand impressions of the page showing the video: Rates start from $1 per thousand impressions and can go as high as $4 which is a very large amount and way better than many other CPM based advertising schemes. On top of this, if someone else mashes the video direct from your site, you get a further share of the revenue, based on their earnings - this really has the potential to be a major winner for your site, as not only do you get access to high quality media, you get paid more the further it spreads across the net.
