I think it’s fairly well known that I love gadgets, and would quite happily spend every penny I had on electrical stuff if only the family didn’t need to eat. I have, however learned not to be totally reckless over the years, and to do some research before buying-it can be a mistake you learn the hard way!

TestFreaks.com is a website that is launching soon and could prove to be a very useful resource for that consumer research that you need to do. It’s already got a number of reviews up on a variety of different items, and I’m glad to see that in the Top 10 of the digital cameras list, is the Canon Powershot, my camera of choice, and one another blogger I know should be using soon

They’re only in ‘alpha’ at the moment, but the full site is due soon, and should be worth checking out!
