The biggest trick would be providing a steady camera mount that would permit you to rotate the camera. You couldn't throw up a regular tripod and do it, but a special mount, attached to the bridge post, should do it. After you take the first 90 degrees worth of shots, duck under the setup and get the second set. I don't know why, but the stitching software didn't do a perfect job in the center.
