Out Of Place Out Of Time

Called out-of-place artifacts, they don’t fit the established pattern of prehistory, pointing back instead to the existence of advanced civilizations before any of the known ancient cultures came into being?
No.1 is a 2000 year old battery, others include a Crystal skull which would be impossible to replicate today, and the skull of a 30,000 year old human ancestor who was apparently shot. I have heard of most of these artifacts from other sources, so I know that they do exist.
I don’t particularly subscribe to ancient spacemen, or Atlantis etc. but I do know this. We don’t know a 10th as much as we think we know.
Any ideas?
