Note to Self : Now that he is slightly old and definitively crazy, convince Mel Gibson to make a 4th installment of the existing Mad Max Trilogy, then use your newfound friendship with the actor/director to be cast as post-post-apocalypse-surviving extra in said film.
Note to self: Battle occasional bad days by being so happy that your co-workers think Care Bears must have crapped rainbows on your head.
Note to self: Start every phone conversation for the next two weeks with “what are you wearing?” Even tele-marketers. Actually, especially tele-marketers.

I agree that was great, a pretty good set of notes to self.
I might say, “(Name of department), how can I help you?” before lowering my voice and asking what they’re wearing. I hope that’s all right.
Every time we IM, a friend of mine asks that question, and I’ve made it my mission to come up with the most ridiculous outfits. The last one involved galoshes, fishnet stockings, a tennis skirt, an argyle vest, a pink wig, and a tam o’shanter. I believe the one before that included a jeweled snood.
I really must try out the Tele-marketers one….
