Due to the wonders of WordPress you don’t get to see my spam comments, but I always have a quick review, in case any get caught by mistake.
This one takes the cake, cookies, a gallon of milk, and plonks itself down on my sofa with the words ‘enough about you already, listen to me’. Look at this screenshot:
For obvious reasons it’s not readable, but consider this: That’s a capture of a 19″ screen: The average 4 line comment usually takes up say 2 lines on my moderation page. What you see there, is only 1 seventh of what there was!
In the frankly unlikely event of that comment making it onto my blog, it would have taken up more screen space than my last 3 days worth of posts! What are these people on? How many bloggers are going to allow that comment through?
10/10 for copy & paste skills Mr Spammer, 0/10 for chances of anyone reading it.

I regularly check my spam filter in case something legitimate made its way in there too. Haven’t found any spam like that yet however. Thats a doozy
