Local Search [P]
I don’t know about you, but although I use Google for just about everything, I do find the local search results just aren’t that accurate.
You put in something like ‘plumber’ with your local town or area, and the results are often quite random, and usually transatlantic! A lot of it I think comes down to the fact that although just about every business now has it’s own website, very few know how to market it properly, which would ensure that it would rank more highly in search engines. As I know from promoting my own websites, it’s needs some effort to get seen by Google!

I usually get Seattle stuff if I look local, and that is allllll the way across Puget Sound from us
