No, not True Love Always (although that’s cool too),  but Text Link Ads.

I’ve blogged about them before, but they deserve another mention as they’ve filled more slots in my sponsored link box to the left (outlined in red).

Very simply, you sign up, install a small piece of code which sits invisibly on your blog until they sell an ad. The link ad then appears with no effort required on your part. You choose where the link box goes on your site, and you can vet the advertisers if you choose.

Links may come and go, as campaigns finish and new advertisers buy space, but after installation you don’t need to lift a finger. Now that’s the kind of work I like!
