Mmm, Boobs

There you go, gazing lovingly at some lady dumplings for only half an hour a day would be equivalent to 90 minutes of aerobics! God bless the internet….

Mind you, what the report doesn’t go into is how much your life is shortened by, if you get caught looking! It may be true that engaging in this’activity’ (I presume they mean looking) will cut the risk of a stroke or heart attack by half, but I would think that it would probably increase your chance of concussion or broken bones by around 200%.

Still, anyone wishing to take part in the ‘activity’ (does it qualify as an extreme sport?) is advised to print this article out, laminate it (so the blood washes off) and wear it on a chain around your neck. At least that way you can explain to the police that you were only trying to reduce your chances of dying from a heart attack as they frogmarch you to the cells.

“Honestly Officer, I was just trying to extend my life by four or five years….”

“Come with us please sir”
