How’s Your Eyesight?

Yeah, me too. I need lights to read by in the evening, glasses to see the football on TV and my sense of smell to find my lunch ;-)

    My eyesight is so bad I had to think about what the joke was for a minute… then I noticed I was squinting just a bit more than usual….

    Get thee to an eye doctor pronto! I probably began needing glasses in the 1980′s, but I squinted my way through two decades before one frightening road trip with a friend whose windshield had been waxed along with the rest of her car and we were looking for road signs I just couldn’t read….no accident involved, but getting glasses was like a whole new world opened up. Sheesh! I am sorry I waited. Besides, you need to make sure your eyes are healthy too. :shock: I love that I can get a retinal scan now along with all the other tests. My mom had macular degeneration and so I watch for that too. Sorry, didn’t mean to sound “preachy”. :wink:

    hopefully my eyes will serve me well for a while yet. Everytime I go to get my eyes tested I get laughed out of the store by the optometrist. Although the last time I had them tested was at least 3 years ago.
