Hello and welcome to Thermal, which as its name suggests is just a lot of hot air. Mine.

I read recently that there are now over 50 million blogs, and thought to myself ‘What harm can one more do?’ I don’t intend to bore you senseless with a daily diary of my domestic life, rather a mix of interesting stuff stolen from other sites I found on the web, personal observations & experiences, life in NE Scotland and just a smidgin of domestic drudgery.

I doubt that this blog will be updated daily as some creative people can, but I will try for at least weekly, and promise to kill the blog if I can’t think of anything to write – nothing worse than a hopeful blog trumpeting its birth, along with the tag ‘Last updated: June 2001′.

Subscribe to the RSS feed, and at least if I come up with anything good, you won’t miss it.
