The owner of the sign erected it after his neighbour (who took that photo) complained to the council that the newly-built rooftop was above regulation height, and spoiling the view of the mountain backdrop.

I don&#039;t think anything could be done about it, but the neighbourly love was certainly in full flow.</description>
