Frisbee Trick
We picked up a frisbee to mess about with at the campsite, and the thing was deadly. It’s actually just a circle of plastic, with the middle cut out (so not a frisbee then, which is actually a trade name-what else do you call them?) and you can throw it a couple of hundred yards with little effort. If you got it to fly flat it was lethal, as it tracked you unerringly, and Steph took out the boys several times with it

A frisbee seems like such a simple thing, doesn’t it? Hold it loosely, flick your wrist, follow through. The guy in the video would have laughed himself silly if he’d seen me pull a muscle in my forearm during a friendly game - I whipped that sucker like it was on fire, but it landed about five feet in front of me. Sad, so sad. I probably just need some practice, used to be an ace at banking them.
