Did you know that clicking a link with your middle mouse button (or wheel) would open the link in a new tab?
Neither did I until I read Navigate like a pro in Firefox. (Try it with that link)
Useful advice to speed up & enhance your browsing, some of which may work in that hacked together POS called Internet Explorer - but you’re not using that are you?

I did!
(I’ m highly suggestible.)
And it worked!
(Which I wouldn’t have bet on.)
But the tab did open up behind your blog; had to click over to see it after it loaded.

Hmm, Ask for my Paypal account so that you can email me all your money.
No, wait, you have children. Damn, no money. Oh well.
IE is truly carp in every way. The nightmares I had doing my HTML - jeez.
Yes I did know that. LOL
Hi Pinksy - there’s a growing movement to say screw IE & not work-around all it’s faults. A brave move I know, but the more websites that don’t cater for IE, the more people that will switch to a different browser. All of my sites look worse in IE, and frankly I’m not changing anything, ‘cos they look fine in FF.
Rose: There’s always one show off isn’t there?
omg it worked! that is so nice to know!! thanks!
I cannot help it if I’m smart.
LOL
I quit using IE after I started getting messages that it is running without addons. I haven’t figured out what’s wrong with it so I just use Firefox now.
I only use IE for my internet banking, irony of ironies given it’s myriad security flaws. Stupid UK banks won’t let you use anything else…
Erika: You sound surprised….I’m hurt
Rose, you missed off 4 letters at the end of smart…..
From my experience, a lot of my friends/relatives who look at my site still use IE6, no matter what I tell them. There seems to be a fear of using anything else for the non-tech savvy, or sometimes it’s just that they don’t understand the Internet Explorer is only a one type of browser, like Dyson is one type of vacuum cleaner! That’s how I’ve had to explain it at times! Also, my site stats show that over 30% of my viewers use IE6… I hate it, but I think we’re stuck with it for a while. I’m sure it’ll disappear eventually - I never see any IE5 users on my site…
Very true. No need to encourage MS though
Hey, are you calling me a smartass?
