Oo-er Missus.

I’ve been linking to and receiving links from more top bloggers this last month, so to highlight the new adds to my links blogroll, here they are:

  • AutoFocused.co.uk - Alright then, this isn’t a top blogger, it’s a new blog of mine. This is a photoblog, where I’ll post my best photos of various subjects from landscapes, castles and stone circles to close ups and different effects. I’ll  update it at least a couple of times a week, and I hope you’ll drop by. Being only a day old, it needs some link love, so if anyone would like to link to it, I’ll link you straight back. :-)
  • The Urban Iconoclast - Edward has been a regular vistor to my blogs for a while, and I recommend checking his out. His blog is best summed up in his own words: “Satirical, foot-in-mouth commentaries on everything with which I disagree, which is about everything from religion to politics to education to people with “Thank You For Not Smoking” signs.”
  • Untwisted Vortex - The blog of RT Cunningham, a retired US Marine form Arizona now living in the Philippines, his blog is a random mix of blogging tips, opinion, humour and videos of ladies playing with their boobs. Top man.
  • eJabs - Run by Matthew Jabs, this blog’s tagline is ‘For Knowledge’ and it’s taking off in a big way. I will poorly describe it as a self-improvement blog about random topics, but really it’s an interesting read full of tips on anything from blogging to breadmaking, and is recommended.
  • The Buzz Queen - I have been reading Kai’s blog for several months now, and she is a regular visitor here, but I hadn’t linked to her until recently out of sheer laziness - never hesitate to remind me! ;-) Kai lives out in the Canadian countryside with her Mountie husband and two kids, and is a good writer with an eye for a great photograph. But then, you probably already knew that!

OK, that’s this months adds, if you feel you should be on the list you can do 3 things: comment regularly to entice me to your blog (!), link me up and then mail me when I forget to reciprocate! ;-)

  1. Love the new site Chris, the green really show off the photos. Is the image in the header one of yours?

The Buzz queen is great, she is fun to wind up!

  2. Thanks Claire, and thanks for being the first commenter :-) Yes, the header pic is one I took of dawn breaking over Bennachie a few weeks ago.

You’re teaching Kai too much of our slang, she’ll soon know what we’re saying about her! ;-)

  3. Thanks Chris!

I think you explained it greatly.

That’s a good idea to write posts about sites that you add to your blogroll. I never thought of doing that.

    Thanks again,

  4. LOL! An almost perfect description. I try to focus on all forms of entertainment, but get sidetracked by other bloggers, like ummm… better not to mention names. :-)

  5. Hey went over to ejabs very interesting, try to leave a comment but couldn’t?

  6. Clair, his blog is broke right now and he’s working on it. I spotted it about an hour ago when I tried to comment.

  7. Hey Chris - thanks for the nice shout out!

Strangely enough, I was actually going to work on a post in the near future asking if there were any techies out there who could help a girl out with a couple small tasks! (You were at the top of my list of course :-)

Remind me again why I like that Claire?

  8. Kai, I think we just feel sorry for her ;-)

I’m the man for small tasks that’s for sure….

  9. nasty nasty nasty folks
