I don’t watch a great deal of TV (let me qualify that-I watch hours of rubbish, but there’s very little I make a point of watching), but two shows that I really like are the new Battlestar Galactica (well, right up to the series finale which has probably killed off the chances of me watching it again) and Scrubs.
Always, consistently, funny I love the whole show, but have special regard for the quality of rants by Dr Cox (John C McGinley). I have always wanted to go off on someone the way he does. Although, in this clip JD gets his revenge…

I have recently started watching Scubs reruns… they are on late on some station here. I LOVE it.

lost rocks, by the way. but it’s not worth watching now - it’s too far in.
