Looking through my stats the other day, I noticed that a certain visitor from Belgium had ‘Cooliris’ appended to each of my URLS-nothing to do with me, what was it?
Well, for those of you using Firefox, its yet another clever little add-on that makes browsing blogs even faster. Once installed in the browser, all you do is hover the mouse cursor over a link you’re interested in and the Cooliris icon appears next to it - hover over that icon and the page appears in a large window. You can then interact with the viewed site as normal (I just left Carol a comment) before closing it again, with my original page still present.
I think the main advantage of this will be for viewing peoples blogrolls, or previewing links without clicking on them-when you hover over Cooliris, you can read all of the content in that window without actually clicking on the link. This save opening dozens of windows or tabs, or clicking back & forth to view lots of sites. It’s especially useful if you’re not sure where the link is sending you-after all the hover text is written by the site author - with Cooliris you get a preview without going there.
If you haven’t got Firefox, you really should - there’s a link on my sidebar <--
If you have got Firefox, try Cooliris - I think you’ll like it.

I am soooo happy about this.
Ok not THAT happy. But you get the picture
It’s great isn’t it? - I’m now using it for replying to the comments & it’s so much quicker. Cool little gadget.
Now you owe me one.
I tipped you off and it was so subtle. Ehehe!
Glad you like it.
You took one of my toys
Should have blogged about it then! :-p
Hey, thanks! I downloaded it too, and it is a cool little toy.
I find it indispensable now. How did you get back to December?
