Thanks to Katherine for pointing me in the direction of this site: WikiHow.

Loads of useful (?) instructions on how to make something out of old Sim cards, CD’s and of course Floppy Disks:

    Wow.. I might just have to dig up some old 1.44’s and make one of those for my brother-in-law and his wife.. they’re nuts for trekkie stuff!
