As the modern Galactica hots up towards it’s conclusion, and Pinksy sticks his fingers ever deeper in his ears to avoid any spoilers, lets take 3 minutes to enjoy the solid gold TV that was: Galactica 1980. The horror, the horror…..

    It was pretty bad, but I remember enjoying it at the time. Possibly because I was about the same age as Dr Zee and the scouts. I particularly remember when the Cylons came to Earth.

    Wow. I shook my head for the length of the clip – and laughed when the “I’m not making this up” box came up, because it was exactly what I was thinking at the time.

    The worst thing are the actors drafted in to look like Starbuck & Apollo…

    I didn’t watch the clip… so sue me.

    But I probably watched them all at the time… though it wasn’t always easy…. We called in Battlestar Ponderosa in my house, in tribute to Lorne Green, doncha know.

    Maybe this is why I never got into the remake? Trauma from all those years ago?

      What happened where? Do you mean the threaded comment? I have a patch that should fix that, been too lazy to install it though……
