As those of you in the US probably know, you can order all sorts of things off Amazon.com including food. For some reason they still allow you to review the products just like books and CD’s etc, and some people have decided to take up this opportunity for creativity:
A review of some milk:
I was off Tucson Whole Milk, 1 Gallon, for three difficult yet rewarding months up in the Rockies with my wife and newborn baby. Came home for Christmas and–you know the story–fell back in with the old crowd. The wife was at the opera with friends and I was at Jimmy’s with the baby. Jimmy pulls an icy Tuc-1g out of the fridge and immediately I start to sweat. He gestures towards the baby and says, “One for one. Even trade.” All I can tell you is that it wasn’t like I made the decision to hand over the baby, it’s like I was watching myself hand over the baby. Like a movie. As I drank (all of it, right there in Jimmy’s apartment), never have I felt such conflicting emotions: There was the joy, the ecstasy, of the tuc-1g–I kid you not, it was as good as my first gallon in the woods behind the high school. And then there was the knowledge that in that moment, something in me had given up. I was no longer a father and husband. I was a Tucson man.
Some people have too much time on their hands…. :lol:
