Ooh, another tag. Thanks Rav’N
- I love taking photographs, but not having them taken of me. There is at least 2 of me on the interweb, but no-one’s found them yet….
- I love Stone Circles. I’m no hippy-trippy type, but I’m fascinated by these amazing structures, built in beautiful locations, that required enormous effort to construct as precisely as they are by people thousands of years ago for no reason that we really understand.
- I used to be an asbestos consultant, but wanted to be a pilot. Bye bye childhood dreams…
- I love every book David Gemmell ever wrote. David dying at the age of 59 last year is yet more proof that life sucks, and is over all too briefly.
- I have visited 8 different countries, but never crossed the Atlantic. Don’t think I ever will.
- All of my pet Guinea Pigs as a child were called Mabel. All 3 were male.
- I am the most boring man in the world. Does it show?
Go on then Alison, you next

“I am the most boring man in the world. Does it show? ”
well you did name your guinea pigs Mabel.
I’m with you on number one. Never read David Gemmell, but I’m curious now and will make that my next author stop. Number six is still cracking me up. Never had hamsters, but my first gerbils were named King and Kim. When Kim died, shortly after birthing her last litter, I saved a male back and named him Small King. King became Big King. I know, pretty creative. (Also evidenced by the way I named the stuffed animals: Crab, Turtle, Bear.)
P.S. You were tagged by me on the 8th to list ten things – do you have three more?
Dammit – guinea pigs. Read for content, Melissa!
Well now. Number one gives me an idea of a post – if I find the right picture, will you own up to it being you? Ha! This could be fun, I’m thinking a poll to vote which picture readers think is you…..
Thanks for the inspiration!
Yes.
And, gee, thanks
Bah! Claire.
Thanks Rav.
I haven’t forgot Melissa, I was just going to write 3 next week & link to this post
Oh dear Kai, I slipped and deleted that post you’re planning to make
Alison:
